I actually found Better Wild really easy to get around. The pages loaded fast, and I didn’t feel like I had to click all over the place just to find what I needed. The menu made sense, and checkout was straightforward too. Nothing really confused me, which I definitely appreciate. Overall, it’s a nice, clean site.

I returned an item and the refund took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating at first. That said, support was helpful when I reached out and kept things moving. In the end, it was handled fine, so I’d say the experience was okay overall

"Easy to trust with the steady updates"
I ordered from betterwild.com the whole thing felt smooth. I got an email when my order was confirmed and another when it shipped, which is basically my quick mental shortcut for “okay, this company has it together.”
I had one small question too, and they got back to me fast. Nothing complicated, no chasing anyone down, just simple and easy. I’d definitely use them again.

"Subscription was fine, just a little frustrating"
I do like the products, so I’m not exactly mad or anything, but managing my subscription on betterwild.com was kind of annoying. Changing the delivery dates took longer than it should have, and I had to click around a bunch before I figured it out. It did work eventually, and support did get back to me, just not very quickly. So yeah, it’s fine. Totally fine. Just could definitely be easier...

"Pretty decent overall, just not perfect!!"
I ordered from Better Wild it was an okay experience!! The website was easy to use and my order did arrive, but the delivery took a little longer than I was hoping. The product itself was fine and there wasn’t anything really wrong with it, but for the price, I expected it to feel a bit more impressive. I’d probably give them another shot if there was a good sale, but I’m not exactly rushing to reorder

My first reaction was like, okay this is simple enough to use, but then a few spots on my phone felt kind of clunky. I did find what I was looking for, but it took more taps than I expected and I caught myself getting a little impatient. It’s not bad overall, just feels like it could be smoother and more straightforward.

"Absolutely felt safe using it"
I was a little nervous to try Betterwild because my stomach is ridiculously picky and can react to almost anything, but this was totally fine for me. No headaches, no weird jitters, no “uh oh what did I just take” feeling, literally none of that.

I also really appreciated that the info on the site was clear and didn’t give me sketchy vibes at all. I’ve been using it for a bit now, and I can say with complete confidence I’ve had zero bad side effects. Easy 5 stars from me.

I ordered a handful of things from betterwild.com, and I swear everything showed up exactly the way it was supposed to. No wrong colors, no random sizes, no missing items, literally nothing off at all.
that is 100% what I was hoping for, and they absolutely nailed it. The order was packed neatly, super easy to check, and I’d definitely buy again because they got it right the first time without a doubt.

"Still figuring out how I feel about it"
I spent a little time clicking around and checking things out, and overall nothing immediately jumped out at me as sketchy or off. The site looks put together, and from what I saw, it seems like they’re probably legit. That said, I’m the kind of person who likes to read the fine print and compare details before getting too comfortable, and I did find myself wishing there was a bit more clear information available. So for now, I’m not totally unsure, but I’m not fully sold yet either.

I tried this a couple of times, but I’m not sure if it’s just me—the scent felt way too strong. The texture also had this sticky, almost gritty feel that I couldn’t get past. After using it twice, I just didn’t want to keep going with it.
